Christine Teigen also known as Chrissy Teigen, is an American model of Thai-Norwegian ancestry. She made her rookie debut in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2010. She is from the small town of Snohomish, Washington. Teigen is the girlfriend of singer-songwriter, John Legend.
Teigen became an IGN Babe in 2004, and a substitute model on Deal or No Deal for 2006-2007. In July 2007 she appeared on the cover of Maxim's calendar. Her campaigns include Rock and Republic, Billabong, Fredericks of Hollywood, and Garage Clothing. In 2009 she was booked for a Victoria's Secret Pink fall campaign. Teigen also frequently models for the women's/juniors clothing company Alloy.
Teigen appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2010, and was named 'Rookie of The Year'. It was her friend and fellow model, Brooklyn Decker, who introduced her to the people at Sports Illustrated to cast her. She was also a part of the 2011 Issue. She is currently represented by Vision Management LA and IMG Models in New York.
